ACQUISITION

This area of discipline includes Buyer Representation & Site Selection and constitutes the largest portion of our brokerage activity.  We excel in converting your acquisition criteria into a REAL opportunity.  We leave no stone unturned when scouring the marketplace for acquisitions and historically have been most successful with "off market" properties.  The geographic areas in which we offer this service are areas in which we know our way around and have relationships in place to facilitate the transaction.

DISPOSITION

We will take your asset that you desire to dispose of and market it to our in house list of qualified buyers and the open market, seeking the best overall terms for the Seller.  Both traditional advertising and internet mediums are utilized as the project demands.  This service is primarily offered in Mississippi and on the "For Sale" development projects we are involved in, however we would consider other areas if deemed feasible and in the best interest of the client.
