Development

Our firm is interested in assisting you with your development project.  We act on a fee basis to assist you in seeing the project through the completed stage.  We can bring our team on board at any stage of the project, but the earlier the better.  Our services can be completely TURN KEY PASSIVE including architectural/design & engineering, construction management, presales and/or preleasing, property management and disposition.

There are a number of good projects available, some proven, some speculative, for your consideration.  There are local self storage projects, single family subdivision projects, multi-family projects, retail and commercial projects available.  There are international opportunities that we have been exposed to.  We have a housing concept in Mexico in a really high demand area of the Yucatan, along with projects in Honduras and the Bahamas that are available.
